1.1 Applicability

1.3 Language

These Terms are written in Bengali and that is the authoritative version. If a translation into another language is published in the future, the Bengali version will take precedence in matters of interpretation.

Account Registration

Creating a personal account is required to access all services on hee555. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

2.1 Registration Requirements

  • Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • The name, date of birth, and contact information provided at registration must be true and accurate.
  • The email address or phone number you provide must be your own.
  • Accounts may not be created in the name of or on behalf of a third party.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

hee555 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. The following documents may be requested for verification:

  • National ID (NID) or passport
  • Most recent bank statement or mobile banking statement
  • Proof of address (utility bill or similar)

The Authority reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold until identity verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs on your account. Sharing your account with any third party is strictly prohibited.

Eligibility and Age Requirements

Age Requirement: This platform is operated for users aged 21 and above only. If an underage user's account is identified, it will be immediately closed and all balances will be forfeited.

3.1 Age Verification

Users must be at least 21 years old to create an account on hee555. The Authority may request proof of age verification at any time. If satisfactory proof of age cannot be provided, the account will be permanently closed.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

hee555 is primarily operated for users in Bangladesh. It is the user's own responsibility to comply with the applicable laws of their country. The Authority reserves the right to cancel accounts and forfeit balances of users from restricted regions.

3.3 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Violating this policy will result in all associated accounts being closed and all earnings including bonuses being cancelled.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Financial transactions on hee555 are simple, fast, and secure. We support the popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals can be made using the following methods:

  • bKash — via personal or merchant account
  • Nagad — via personal account
  • Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking
  • Upay — UCB mobile banking

4.2 Deposit Rules

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (same for all methods).
  • The deposit process is generally instant. If there is a delay due to network issues, please contact support.
  • The deposit must come from your own registered payment account.
  • Deposits made through third parties will not be accepted and such transactions will be cancelled.

Security Assurance: Your financial information is protected by SSL encryption. hee555 will never ask for your mobile banking PIN or password.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
  • Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method used for the most recent deposit.
  • Withdrawals may be placed on hold if identity verification (KYC) is not complete.
  • Withdrawals may be delayed until any active bonus wagering requirements are met.

4.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No other currency is accepted.

Bonuses and Promotions

hee555 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers for its users. Each bonus has specific conditions that must be followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Wagering requirement: 20 times (20x).

  • Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
  • Example: Deposit ৳22,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳10,000 → total balance ৳32,000.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the 20x wagering requirement on the bonus has been met.
  • The welcome bonus applies only once per account.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • After earning a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within the specified time limit. The bonus will be cancelled if the time limit expires.
  • A bonus may only be used in the game category for which it was given, unless otherwise stated.
  • If bonus abuse, manipulation, or an attempt to gain an advantage through multiple accounts is detected, the associated account will be cancelled.
  • The Authority reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless clearly stated in the promotion.

5.3 VIP Program

hee555's VIP program has three tiers:

  • Bronze: weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
  • Silver: weekly cashback of up to 0.7%.
  • Gold: weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.

Users who remain regularly active will be promoted to a higher tier. VIP benefits may change at the Authority's discretion.

Betting Rules

All betting activities on hee555 will be governed by the rules described below. Users must have a thorough understanding of these rules.

6.1 Rules for Placing Bets

  • A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • A bet will not be accepted if there is insufficient balance.
  • The Authority reserves the right to void any bet that was incorrectly accepted due to a technical error.
  • The Authority reserves the right to make a decision on bets placed based on inconsistent odds or erroneous data.

6.2 Result Determination

For sports betting, internationally recognised sources are used to determine results. For casino games, the relevant game provider's RNG (Random Number Generator) system is used, which is independently tested.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game or bet is interrupted due to a loss of internet connection or a technical error, hee555 will make a decision based on its own records. The Authority's decision is final.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited. If detected, the account will be immediately closed and all funds may be forfeited:

7.1 Fraud and Deception

  • Creating an account using a false identity or someone else's identity.
  • Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining bonuses.
  • Using software, bots, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Deliberately exploiting any technical error on the platform.
  • Submitting fake payment references or forged documents.

7.2 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

hee555 strictly follows an anti-money laundering (AML) policy. Using funds from illegal sources, or attempting to use the platform as a means of money laundering, is strictly prohibited. Suspicious transactions may be reported to the relevant authorities.

7.3 Collusion and Match Fixing

  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in a game.
  • Using match fixing or insider information in sports betting.
  • Participating in any coordinated fraudulent activity directed against the platform.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by Authority

hee555 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account for any of the following reasons:

  • Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Suspicion of fraud, forgery, or illegal activity.
  • Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
  • Long-term inactivity on the account.
  • Instructions from a regulatory body or a court order.

8.2 Closure by User

You may close your account at any time. To do so, contact the support team via live chat or email. Before closing your account, make sure all active bets have been settled and any withdrawable balance has been withdrawn.

8.3 Steps After Suspension

If an account is closed due to a breach of the Terms and Conditions, the bonus funds and related winnings in that account may be forfeited. However, the authority will decide whether to return legitimately deposited principal funds after conducting an investigation.

9.1 Data Collection and Use

Information collected at the time of registration is used solely for providing services, verifying identity, preventing fraud, and fulfilling legal obligations. Information is not sold to third parties.

9.2 Technical Security

  • Industry-standard security protocols are used in payment processing.

Limitation of Liability

10.3 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, hee555 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Winning and losing in gambling is normal and hee555 is not responsible for such losses.

10.4 Force Majeure

hee555 will not be liable if services are disrupted due to natural disasters, war, government restrictions, internet service outages, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

Responsible Gaming

11.1 Self-Exclusion

11.2 Setting Deposit Limits

Users can set their daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once enabled, these limits take effect immediately; however, a specific waiting period applies to increase them.

Changes & Amendments

12.4 Severability

If any clause of these Terms and Conditions is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect.

12.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions and the associated policies (Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, etc.) together constitute the entire agreement between hee555 and the user and supersede all prior oral or written understandings.
